Went in to be seen this morning for an issue i have been dealing with since monday night. The clinic opened up a few mins late, no biggy..the front desk lady who came to open up was completely rude to me and the customer waiting outside..Im not going to go into detail about this girls attitude but I will not be going back there. Horrible customer service for the first interaction for the customer. I took my business elsewhere .

Rocklin Urgent Care has a very skilled staff. Dr Apar Bains is very attentive, thorough and caring. Takes his time and talks through the various options of care that best suits his patient’s. This culture permeates among his staff. Highly recommend.

I paid $200 for a visit here expecting a basic evaluation and documentation, and left without any meaningful help.
The provider was dismissive and seemed more focused on shutting down the conversation than understanding the situation. She made incorrect assumptions about my timeline and didn’t take the time to clarify or ask follow-up questions. The interaction felt rushed and very unprofessional.
Wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just for my symptoms and history to be documented—but that didn’t happen. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of attention and professionalism.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience and definitely not worth the cost.
Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

approximately 90% complete their visit within 40 minutes.
